How We Keep You Safe

Trained & Vetted Listeners

Every listener undergoes background verification, personality assessment, and 40+ hours of training in active listening, empathy, and boundary setting.

Complete Confidentiality

All calls are voice-only, end-to-end encrypted. We do not record, store, or share any conversation audio. Listeners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

Real-Time Monitoring

Our AI safety layer monitors session metadata (not audio) for signs of distress. If triggered, our safety team can intervene and offer resources.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior results in immediate permanent ban. Report concerns through the in-app button.
