Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to have a positive experience with Listen Buddie. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
2. Full Refunds (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if: you cancel a booking before the session starts; the listener declines or does not join within the acceptance window; a payment is processed but the session fails to initiate due to a technical issue on our end.
3. No Refunds
Refunds are not available for: completed sessions; sessions ended early by the user; wallet top-up amounts (wallet balance is non-refundable but fully usable).
4. Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., listener disconnection mid-session, quality issues), partial refunds may be issued at our discretion after review by our support team.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed automatically within 2–5 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Wallet-paid sessions are refunded to your wallet instantly.
6. Extensions
Extension payments are non-refundable once the extended time has been used. If an extension payment fails, no additional time is granted and no charge is applied.
7. Wallet Refunds
Wallet balance is non-refundable but never expires. Bonus credits from top-up offers are forfeited if the base amount is refunded.
8. Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact support@listenbuddie.com with your booking ID and details. We will review within 48 hours.
